  • Premium Villas Beachfront and Premium Villas Stella Maris: Prepayment of 30,00% required, balance due on arrival. Free of charge cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the amount of the advance payment will be retained.
