Pepi Card – A kids' card for a carefree stay
With the PEPI CARD, our special “kids’ card,” we enable children aged 0 to 18 to make safe and simple cash-free payments for services within the hotel – no cash, no worries. Parents set a desired spending limit, and children can use the card independently for services (e.g. ice cream, drinks) within the predefined amount.
The card works on a limit principle – once the amount is used up, parents can top it up at any time. Payment is made at the end of the stay – simple, transparent, and completely under your control.

Pets
Smaller pets (dogs and cats up to 10kg) are allowed in the accommodation units for an extra charge, subject to house rules. Pets are allowed in Garden Suites Park, Apartments Park, Villas Park.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, at the reception and in the pool area.
Pets are only allowed on beaches in specially designated areas.
Pets must be supervised by their owner at all times.
