This year, Hotel Parentium Plava Laguna will again host the traditional Wine Dinners. This is a tried and tested recipe of bringing together Istrian cuisine and the premium wines by Istrian winemakers, all on the spectacular Bacchus restaurant terrace looking towards some of the most magnificent sunsets in this part of Istria.
The Benvenuti winery will open the first Wine Dinner this year, on 25 June. By mid-September, this event will introduce our guests to the Tomaz, Matošević, Laguna and Geržinić wines and Peršurić sparkling wines. At Hotel Parentium, chef Josip Puček and his well-coordinated team will the prepare delicious savoury dishes, with top pastry chef Dragica Rimac and her team preparing sweets and sommelier Dragan Ružić selecting the finest wines.
This spectacular eno/gastro experience set to wonderful ambient music is an ideal opportunity to explore Istria as a top-notch gastro destination, world-famous for its fantastic wine varieties such as Malvazija and Teran.
The Wine Dinners will take place every Tuesday between 25 June and 10 September.
