Renowed for the breathtaking vista from the dining room over the pool, Hotel Gran Vista is a well-kept location just outside Poreč. Situated on a slope, it offers daily exercise in the form of stairs you have to take to the paved beach in front of the hotel and back. With a central location within the Zelena Resort, Gran Vista can be a great base to explore the area, as it shares all of the activities and amenities within the Resort so that you can enjoy volleyball and football, all kinds of watersports at the beach, as well as various evening entertainment. The pool area is well sized for guests, and you can easily find a spot on deck after breakfast or lunch and enjoy the gorgeous views from the patio area. Rooms are cozy and clean and the sunset from the balcony is postcard stuff. Make sure to see it. The children's play area within the hotel is recently refurbished and a lot of fun, so your kids won't even notice you are gone for a bit of “me” time, as they enjoy their new friends and the attention of our staff.

Hotel Materada is renowned for its charm and atmosphere, spotless surroundings, well-kept gardens, playgrounds and probably the best Blue Flag beach in all Poreč according to our guests. Rooms are modern and cozy with lovely bathrooms and fantastic sea, pool and Poreč views, that get better in the evenings as the restaurant lights change colour adding to the magical atmosphere of the park. Rooms overlooking the pool get to enjoy evening entertainment from their balconies, so if you are looking for a quiet location, you'd be better off with a park view room. Plenty of things to do, from Mini Clubs and various supervised children activities, to all kinds of sports, excursions and adventure - you can set of on daily trips to Venice, nearby islands, take your kids to a dinosaur park or a bird reserve in Palud. Volleyball and football courts are available nearby, as well as watersports of all kinds along the beach, and bikes for rent to go with hundreds of kilometers of cycling and hiking trails all over Istria. Lounge and pool area are very comfortable, with water aerobics going on in the mornings and occasional water polo matches in the afternoon. Poreč is a half hour walk away along the seaside promenade and can be reached with a bike or a boat too.
