Programmes for everyone
Tailored programmes for different age groups and levels of tennis knowledge allow all Academy participants to have an individual approach, focusing on specific aspects of the game that are particularly important to them and concentrating on key elements for improvement. Discover some of the programmes offered by the Umag Tennis Academy, which can be structured as multi-day programmes of various intensities or individual training sessions, either one-on-one or in groups:
Tennis fun
This programme lasts from two to six days and includes two hours of tennis training per day, along with a conditioning session on the court and/or at the fitness centre. As part of the programme, coaches will focus on the weak points and shortcomings of your game, and provide advice on how to work on them in the future. In addition to the technical aspects, coaches will offer a clear tactical framework that can give you a crucial advantage over friends, colleagues, and opponents from your local clubs. This programme also leaves plenty of time to enjoy the rich offerings of Umag beyond tennis.
The Tennis Fun programme includes:
2 hours of training per day (morning sessions from 8 to 10 or 10 to 12)
Up to 4 players per court and coach
On-court exercises
Tennis strategy and tactics on the court
Physical conditioning exercises on the court/at the fitness centre (60 min/day)
Tennis intensive

This is what you can expect at the intensive programme for adults at the Umag Tennis Academy. Through two, three or six days of training, you will get a great insight into what the life of a true tennis professional looks like. With five hours of tennis a day, you will feel like you are preparing for the biggest tournaments!
To ensure things aren't too intense, our coaches will manage your effort and training schedule to leave enough time for relaxation and enjoyment of exploring Umag and its surroundings. With all your work in this tennis oasis, you will get closer to achieving your goals in your daily tennis routine and be more prepared than ever!
The Tennis Intensive offer includes:

Individual or group lesson
Working in a group offers many advantages, from socialization to comparative opportunities with players who are similar to you in terms of ability. That is what group trainings are for, where the intensity and frequency depend on the level and desires of all players. On the other hand, individual training allows the coach to have the greatest impact on the player. These sessions are particularly effective for recreational players who want to improve specific aspects of their game. The time available is fully tailored to your needs, so you will not waste precious minutes of learning and having fun on the court. With this approach, you can forget about the problems that, depending on your tennis level, you may experience with training partners of inadequate ability. Here, you will get a partner at the ideal level because coaches have extensive experience working with different profiles of tennis players, which is an important prerequisite for adapting to your capabilities.
The Individual/Group Lesson includes:
Initial assessment of tennis playing skills
Training sessions (individual or group) based on the frequency agreed upon between the user and the coach
