Wine Dinners are held once a week, from June to September, on the terrace of Bacchus restaurant overlooking the sea and pine trees. The magical ambiance further enriches the experience of extraordinary delicacies that will grace your table. You will taste four courses selected by the chef, paired with wines from a renowned Istrian winemaker. The dishes are based on traditional Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine, with a modern touch. Carefully selected seasonal ingredients include the finest cuts of meat, fish and seafood, locally grown vegetables, truffles, and much more, all of which our kitchen chefs skilfully and passionately transform into delights pleasing to the eye and palate.
