Istrian Villas are 4-star villas with a garden and a modern interior design, able to accommodate up to 6 persons in a beautiful car-free part of Stella Maris Resort. Luggage is transferred upon arrival and departure by a golf cart driver, while cars remain at the Istrian Villas guests’ parking lot.
Istrian Villas are covered in the shade of pine trees and they are only a short walk from the sea. Surrounding the villas, you can find stone and pebble beaches, recently partly renovated and proudly flying our blue flag. Some of the villas offer a massage pool on the terrace, or hammocks for your afternoon nap needs. The villas are designed for the fullest holiday and summer experience.
On the peninsula where the villas are located, there are two swimming pools and two restaurants, and Stella Maris Resort offers various additional activities, cafés, shops, and sports facilities for the whole family.
Istrian Villas Plava Laguna comprise 180 villas. All villas are air conditioned, with a spacious terrace, kitchen and dining room, bathroom, one or more bedrooms, SMART TV, telephone, dishwasher, mini bar and safe.
Bed linen and blanket covers are changed every other day and before the arrival of new guests. Towels are changed every day and upon request, taking into account our environment-friendly policy (only dirty towels are changed).

V naselju Istrian Villas je veliko različnih hišk različnih velikosti in različne opremljenosti vse pa imajo svojo ogrado tako, da imaš svojo zasebnost, nekatere imajo tudi svoj jacuzzi. Vse skupaj pa je povezano v kompleks z bazenom, plažo trgovino, lokali, pekarno, sprehajalnimi stezami...

"Die Anlage ist groß, weitläufig und sauber. Wir haben etwas gebraucht die Rezeption zu finden, dass man vorher parkt und dann mit Sack und Pack zur Rezeption gefahren wird, wussten wir vorher nicht und es stand auch nirgends... Die Villen sind gut geschnitten, schön eingerichtet und wurden offensichtlich vor kurzem modernisiert. Die kleinen Küchen sind voll mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler usw. ausgestattet. Ja es gibt diese Baustelle noch immer, wir hatten aber Glück und waren weit genug davon weg! Leider hat die angepriesene Außen-Soundanlage bei uns nicht funktioniert, zumindest wurde aber versucht sie zu reparieren... Alles in allem war es ein gelungener und schöner Familienurlaub"

"Good: Unsere Villen waren direkt am Strand Es hat auch bei uns eine Promenade gehabt wo man laufen konnte wirklich sehr empfehlenswert vor allem für Familien Es gab auch einen Aussengrill, bei dem wir immer gegrillt haben und auf unserer Terrasse entspannen konnten Bad: es gab nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hat an der Unterkunft die Preise in den Restaurants waren aber eher hoch aber man konnte selber etwas einkaufen und bei der eigenen Küche kochen"
